Bioventus Exogen 4000 The date on this units serial number indicates it was made in May 2013. This is important because models made in 2009 were recalled. Stay away from models that have the name "Smith & nephew" on the front as those were made during the recall and much older.  The recall was from a bad signal, if you get the older version it may not send the ultrasound properly to the bone and the big problem is you will not even know it is working incorrectly. Not worth messing around with that.  Bioventus makes the newer more current versions that never had the recall, like the model I am selling here.  97 uses, I just finished using it a couple of months ago. Just got my xray yesterday that shows bone fully healed so I can finally sell it.    Unit works perfectly, never any issues.  Comes with all packaging materials, gel bottles and original box, or everything you see in the pictures. Should easily get over 250-300 more uses on this.
