Floor Door Size (W x L):  30" x 30" Specs:  Door is 1/4" aluminum diamond tread plate, mill finish reinforced for 300PSF live load with maximum deflection of 1/150 of span. 3M duct wrap and 3 layers intram endothermic E-5A mat with 22 gauge aluminum liner.  Frame is 1/4" extruded aluminum angle frame, epoxy paint exterior.  Anchor straps 1/4"x1"x4" welded for concrete pour in Hinge: Type 316 SST, heavy duty tamper proof Latch:  Type 316 SST, gas springs hold door in open counterbalanced position Lifting Handle: Type 316 SST, flush exterior handle Certification: 2 hour fire rated Warnock Hersey labeled and tested to NFPA 288; STD methods of fire test of horizontal fire door assemblies.  Max temperature rise to 250F.
