We guarantee this machine to perform as we have described upon receipt. Unit has the same design as the C-420C machine that came before it - same mill and controls assembly as well as performance. This is a very heavy duty cross-cut shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work. Late model machine made just a few years ago. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type. NOTE - This machine has an auto-oiler installed. While the machine appears to pull oil with this oiler, we are not 100% sure it is functioning correctly, and are therefore not selling it as an auto-oiler machine. The oiler light stays on (see pictures). It may work as intended, but we do not want the buyer to expect this to work and this function is excluded from any express or implied warranty.
