Ferno Washington 107C Stretcher / Evacuation Chair This Ferno Combination Stretcher Chair is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Contact me if you need more than one. I have several available. Folds up compact and only weighs 23 lbs. Has dual function as an evacuation chair or stretcher. There are wheels and folding handles on both ends. Comes with both the lap and torso restraint straps. When in the stretcher position it has an adjustable backrest. Super easy to operate and doesnt take up much room when folded. Perfect for one person to operate. The maroon upholstery is good and is firmly attached to the frame. The wheels are rolling smooth and the restraints are working properly. All folding joints are working properly. I cannot find a model number on this but I am certain it is a 107C.
