Smaller Size for Benthic Invertebrates One of the best quantitative samplers, this net is normally used for macroinvertebrates and sometines larger specimens like crayfish, adult insects, and more. Also called a riffle sampler or run sampler, the Mini-Surber is designed for small streams and rivulets where larger models will not fit. Constructed of genuine Nitex bolting cloth with taffeta wings with a stainless steel frame, the net provides maximum corrosion resistance.  Unique device samples for specific microbenthos within flowing water Avoid using in still water, rapid currents and streams deeper than 6 in.
