Vintage-----Fisher Govenor Co. Double LP Gas Self Service (Type Z) Cylinder Connector & Cylinder Gauge Property of Phillips Petroleum Description:  At top there is a bell shaped unit with a dormer gauge & red oval indicator- Red shows that there is an empty cylinder. This unit is threaded into a Quad-connect (4 Way) and L-shaped plate that can bolt onto a portable cylinder holder. This plate has instructions to Disconnect & Connect LP cylinders, plus Patent Pending Numbers & property owner (Phillip Petroleum) This Quad-valve & plate is connected on the bottom of the to a regulator cylinder which has a vent and 1/2" orifice to connect to main LP line. Out of the left & right side of the Quad valve is flexible 3/8" ribbed metal gas lines that elbow 90 degrees downward into 2 separate Cylinder Apparatuses, each with its won Cross connector. Knobs on the top of each connector turn left or right and either put the cylinder into action or reserve. Most of the unit is painted with old gray paint, but many spots have been worn down to bare metal. There is black electrical tape on the flexible gas lines, and some of the unit has white paint on it. Metal is heavy gauge metal.
