This is a Fisher Labs M-Scope TW-6 Split-Box style Underground Pipe & Cable Locator. These are are used by many tradesmen to locate underground pipes/cables without the need to dig. All components are in good condition with scuffs, scratches and marks from normal field usage. The receiver and transmitter operate off of 8 standard AA batteries (not included).  The batteries can be alkaline or rechargeable, if using rechargeable batteries the charger is included.  The battery holders are completely clean with no signs of damage.  You can additionally use standard 9-volt batteries to power the transmitter/receiver as well as backup power. Both receiver/transmitter power on with no issues. The transmitter properly transmits the signal that is picked up by the receiver. Meter responds properly on both the transmitter/receiver.  Speaker works properly on the receiver as well as the sensitivity adjustments.  This system is ready to work and help you locate underground lines!
