This item is in good condition with minor cosmetic wear from normal use. The power cord has a few cuts and frayed areas but this does not effect the functionality of the item. See photos below for more details. This item has been tested and works properly. We plugged in the item and tested it using a volt meter. As we turned the dial the volt meter read the correct voltage. We also tested the AC plug with another item and it worked properly. The on/switch works exactly like it is suppose to as well.
