Dimensions in inches .188" center hole diameter outside diameter .430" thickness .065" or 1/16" durometer of the EPDM rubber is shore A 60 -Made or processed in Hesperia MI USA. -Rubber flat washers punched from EPDM rubber sheet of thickness 1/16" or .065". -Cut from punch leaves nice clean edges. What we have are rubber washers sold individually in common US sizes, available for popular screws bolts or a rod that you find in the most common sizes at a hardware store. There are differences in our two types of rubber flat washers. Our flat "machine" washers are machine cut. Others available of our flat washer selection are punched from quality EPDM sheet (unless otherwise specified). They are both flat, high quality and of EPDM rubber. There is noticeable difference between shore A 60 and shore A 70 for our rubber washers. Our current 70 durometer machine washers feel more firm and stiff than our 60 punched EPDM washers. The 60 will very easily stretch out more if needed whereas the 70 will stretch too but not nearly as easily. 70 will resist squashing down upon torquing more than 60 durometer. Either of them works fine for most applications. Our punched rubber washers are available in the following sizes below. The first number is the center hole diameter cutting die size and cuts for that fractional bolt or screw size. The 2nd number is the outside diameter size of the cutting die. -measurement is inches followed by our actual measurement of a punched washer produced from that size cutting die measuring with digital caliper instrument. Since rubber is so flexible and difficult to take a highly accurate diameter measurement, consider these "roughly" accurate. The last figures are what these equal from millimeter conversion. 1/8 x 7/16 ~ .133" x .430" ~ 3.38mm x 10.92mm 3/16 x 7/16 ~ .188" x .430" ~ 4.78mm x 10.92mm 1/4 x 5/8 .~ .245" x .625" ~ 6.22mm x 15.88mm 5/16 x 3/4 ~ .305" x .749" ~ 7.75mm x 19.0mm 3/8 x 3/4 ~ .367" x .749" ~ 9.32mm x 19.0mm thickness depends on the rubber sheet. See above description for thickness measurement. Our EPDM washers easily and safely stretch. You're safe to go with washers in the close vicinity of the measurement of your screw, bolt, or rod diameter for most applications. Sizes in which we are only making of EPDM rubber machine washers at this time are: center hole size 3/32 and 1/4. EPDM -firm rubber at shore A70 that will flex and stretch. -very resistant to splitting, cracking and weathering (durable). -greater than 300% elongation capability. -40 to 200F recommended temperature range. -can tolerate steam. -safe for continued service of 180F. When subjected to boiling water ~212F range EPDM rubber becomes softened, swells some, and can be more easily stretched to accommodate a slightly larger screw/rod size. When cooled back down it will return to near its original firm state of hardness. Not recommended for use in excess of 200F for prolonged period. -all purpose -as gasket -as spacer, stand alone or in conjunction with another washer such as steel, brass, stainless steel, nylon, others. -designed to be used with a screw or bolt anytime it may be needed -for vibration damping, noise reduction. -as corrosion preventative eg. to prevent a metal washer from oxidizing itself to the metal substrate. -preventing cracking of fragile from over tightening for glass, lexan domes, other lighting applications, acrylic, porcelain, sinks, others.
