FlexArm RNRM20-6 Pneumatic Tapping Unit w/ Table FlexArm RNRM20-6 pneumatic tapping unit with custom 80/20 table frame and 3/4" aluminum plate top. Will tap up to 3/4" thick steel. Table frame is black anodized 80/20 aluminum extrusion. 36" wide x 92" long x 3/4" thick aluminum plate table top is bolted to the 80/20 frame and includes four (4) 6" Colson non-marking casters with Tech Lock brakes. Table top is drilled and tapped to receive 5/8"-11 bolts or hold down clamps on a 8" x 8" grid. Very lighting used and stored in a dust free environment. Perfect for fabrication or machine shops.  #6 - 3/4" tap capacity 14" to 72" working range Two-speed motor (200/700 RPM) Torque 50/14 lbs. Multi position Head (Vertical/Horizontal) Built-in semi-tap lubricator Automatic depth stop Includes various size tap holders Includes two stands for tap holders Includes dead handle Includes one Jacob's Drill Chuck, (0-3/8" Capacity) Includes two Jacob's Drill Chuck, (5/32-5/8" Capacity) Includes chamfering bit with depth stop Includes two Size 2 to Size 1 reducers (for use with Jacob's Drill Chucks) Includes air regulator Includes 80/20 table frame and 3/4" aluminum plate table top Operator's manual will be provided From the FlexArm website: A FlexArm Tapping Machine will take care of prep work such as reaming, chamfering, and deburring. Tap up to 2" offline with a hydraulic system! Eliminate setup in the mill and reduce material handling. Save time and money by easily articulating a FlexArm tapping arm directly over the work piece. Applications: Tap, Chamfer, Ream, Countersink, Deburr, Nut Runner w/Torque Control, Hone, Burnish & Size, Drill (Soft Materials), Insert Helicoils, Retap (Warped Heat-Treated Holes), Screw Driver, Die Grinding.  * Vise and slip roll shown in photos are not included.
