Description This is used and in good condition. Shipping (Outside the Continental US) I would love to sell out of the US, but eBay has made it impossible for me to ship items out of the country. For me to conform to the eBay "rules of shipping", I have to ship with some sort of "proof of delivery", not just shipment. For out of the country shipments that typically cost at least $200 and it just isn't worth it to either of us. The USPS flat rate packages have no way to get "proof of delivery", so that is just not an option to me anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience.
