This pod is sealed in the box, and then sealed in a static protective foil bag. It will be shipped in an outer box for further protection. I was fortunate enough to acquire a large lot of pods recently and will be listing, also new in a sealed box, pods for the 68000, 80188, 80286H, 8080, 8085, 8088 and many more. Also keep an eye on my listings for a new out of the box 6502 and a new out of the box Z80 pod. These pods are getting more and more scarce and harder to find. There can't be too many more new ones out there, so if you want to be able to test the 6809 boards, this may be the only opportunity to find one easily, new or used. WARRANTY This pod will be tested immediately before being shipped to you (except for sealed box new pods). It will generate on the 9010A or related console the message "8xxx OK" or "6xxx OK", depending of course on which pod you have purchased. When you get the item, you have 3 business days to perform the same self-test of this pod on your Fluke 9xxx console. If the pod does not pass self test at your location, PLEASE SEND IT BACK at your expense. If I have another, I will send a replacement at my expense. Do I get any sort of warranty on Fluke pods and consoles? Yes you do. I guarantee every Fluke 9010 item I sell to pass self test on arrival unless stated in the auction description that the sale is as is. I will accept for return pods that the buyer deems dead on arrival, shipped at the buyer's expense. I will test the pod and if defective, will at my sole discretion exchange the pod for one of the same part number or refund the amount of the high bid only. I will not refund shipping and handling charges. I guarantee that these pods will pass self-test and not be DOA - that is the extent of the warranty. I require that I be notified within 3 working days of delivery if there is a defect with a pod and that the pod be returned at your expense within 3 working days of arrival at your facility. All pods that I sell are shipped with all pins intact; pods returned with broken or severely bent pins will be assessed a $35 fee, to be deducted from the refund amount, or collected in advance of shipping the replacement pod, for replacement or repair of the cable involved. The picture of the pod in this auction may or may not be the actual item you receive. All pods are in at least decent used physical condition, ranging from obviously used to "hard to tell if its new or not" clean. All connectors are in good shape with no missing or bent pins. How to pay for your item. As a seller I want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay for what you have won. However, I am compelled by new eBay rules to accept paypal only.
