This Differential AC/DC Voltmeter 873A from Fluke is in very good condition. All switches have been cleaned and preserved with DeoxIt D5. I tested this item with a common power supply voltage of 10 Volt. This voltage is not accurate and stabile enough to indicate zero in the analog instrument, but should work after using a stabile voltage source. This unit needs calibration. There are a few scratches and discoloration on the gray blue paint, otherwise it is in very good condition. Pictures showing the unit in overall condition. Photo of the test setup shows the value on the DVM as dialed on the Differential Voltmeter and the meter indicate the value close to zero, because of the inaccuracy of the voltage power supply. All test leads should be shielded to reduce noise. I could not test the AC function due to lack of an AC source. When I opened up the unit for cleaning the switch contacts, I noticed that all the calibration adjustments were still sealed. One screw in the back is missing, but if sold I will look for a correct screw to insert before shipping. I am selling this unit as described and seen in the picture, what you see is what you get.
