Fully tested and guaranteed fully functional. Battery life is excellent with an on-meter estimated life of over 12 hours per charge. Deluxe kit includes all original accessories and deluxe carrying case! Includes: 990DSL Meter, A/C and car charger, complete lead set, serial data cable with usb converter, strapping cables, original manual (digital CD copy) and quick-start guide, Fluke deluxe case for carrying and storage of meter and accessories. Allows full use of meter without removal from the case. The item is in good cosmetic condition with some signs of use (there is some light scratching on the screen that does not impact functionality in any way). Please see photos.
