You are bidding on a FLUKE NETWORKS VISIFAULT VISUAL FAULT LOCATOR along with a protective case that can be put on your belt. As you can see from the pictures, all of the items are in NEW condition, they are not, however is their original packaging. The item does have VF-103 ALTA written on the side of it in permanent marker (shown in pictures). I have not, nor will I, try to remove this. There are no scratches or any signs of damage or use to this locator, no hand prints or dirt smudges are here that indicate the item has been used before. The rubber protector at the top of the locator is still tethered to the unit and fits snuggly over the metal tip it protects. I removed the rubber protector and pressed the power button just to make sure batteries working – the unit emits a red circle; the flash also makes it flash (appears to be working the way it should be!) Based on what I see, the unit is Brand New, never used. The protective case is made of a nylon material. It is very clean and has a small packet of silica gel at the bottom (like a packet put in a box of shoes to remove moisture) I am by no means an expert regarding this item, simply describing it as I see it. Also, I try to include the best pictures possible to provide you the items conditions. I take care and do the best I can to make sure the item gets to you in the condition I have it (and you purchase it). Therefore, I will pack as I see fit to preserve the item, and ship via UPS Ground or USQTPS ONLY to the Lower 48 States. (Please do not ask otherwise).
