Food Kettle, Steam Jacket, Tilts, Groen TDH 7-20, 20 Quart, 5 Gallon, Nat Gas. On stand. Very good "mint condition, minor use", manufactured July 2011, tested "runs great". Kettle Groen Model TDH 20 quart stainless steel, self-contained, steam jacketed, operating from a gas burner, max 31,000 BTU per hour heating steam source contained within unit. Type 304 stainless steel, one-piece welded construction. All exposed surfaces are stainless steel. Controls are contained in a partially sealed enclosure. Reinforced rim with a welded in butterfly shaped pouring lip for durability and pouring control. Right hand tilt handle. Faucet bracket is standard and mounted on rear of electrical control box. Meets NSF and known health department and sanitation codes. Natural gas fired, CSA certified, provides temperatures of 150°F to approximately 295°F. Factory charged with water and rust inhibitors to ensure long life and minimum maintenance. Controls include a thermostat, pressure gauge, heating indicator lamp, on/off switch, front mounted water sight glass and electronic spark ignition. Includes a safety tilt cut-off (cuts off heat when tilted to 12° and above), pressure relief valve, high limit pressure switch, and low water cut-off. Gas supply shuts off automatically when unit is tilted. 24V control system. 120 volt, 1 phase, 1 amp. Size: 26" wide, 32" deep, 26" tall to bowl lip, tilt handle add 8". Weight: 250 lbs.
