ALONG WITH THE LEAD SCREW ASSEMBLY, WE'RE OFFERING A FREE SANYO DENKI SUPER R 80VDC, 4.8A SERVO MOTOR WHICH HAS A DAMAGED MOUNTING FLANGE. THE MOTOR RUNS FINE, BUT IS OUT OF ALIGNMENT WITH IT'S MOUNT, WITH A DAMAGED & MISSING CORNER. SEE PHOTOS OF THE MOTOR CLOSE-UP AND THE MOTOR IN IT'S MATING POSITION ON THE BALL NUT HOUSING. MOTOR TYPE SUPER R R730B-012E. RATED AT 300W. MOTOR RPM: 2,500. REQUIRES A CAPABLE DC SUPPLY WITH OUTPUT OF 80VDC, 5A OR A LITTLE LESS. EQUIPPED WITH AN OPTICAL SHAFT ENCODER WITH 200 PR INCREMENTS. ENCODER TYPE E680200C30. NO SPECS. WERE AVAILABLE BUT THE MOTOR IS ESTIMATED AT A LITTLE UNDER 1/2 HP. WE HAVE NOT YET WORKED OUT THE OUTPUT RPM BUT IT'S ESTIMATED BETWEEN 400 - 500 RPM. THE LEAD SCREW MEASURES 25MM DIAMETER, OR 1 INCH DIAM. WITH 5 THREADS PER INCH. NO HD PIVOT MOUNTS CAME WITH THIS ONE, AND THE OPERATOR WILL NEED TO PROVIDE MEANS TO SECURE TO THE MOUNTING HOLES. ONE INCH DIAMETER COLD ROLLED STEEL HUBS WOULD MATE TO THE PIVOT SOCKETS ON THE HOUSING. LEAD SCREW EFFECTIVE TRAVEL IS APPROX. 12 INCHES. THE LEAD SCREW / BALL NUT ASSEMBLY RUNS O.K. WITH THE MOTOR ATTACHED, BUT DUE TO THE MIS-ALIGNMENT AND DAMAGED , CRACKED CORNER MOUNTS, THE MOTOR GOES FOR FREE, AS A PARTS UNIT. ONLY ITEMS PICTURED ARE INCLUDED. THE LEAD SCREW / BALL NUT ASSEMBLY ALONE IS WELL WORTH THE ASKING PRICE ! NO SPECS. / CONNECTION DIAGRAMS WERE AVAILABLE, AND THE OPERATOR SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THIS SYSTEM.
