VOC less than 400 g/L DESCRIPTION: Non-flammable, non-toxic, easy to use water based graffiti remover. CHARACTERISTICS: Clear thixotropic gel with a mildly sweet odor USAGE: Safe to use on glass, masonry, metal, plaster, fiberglass and wood. Test application should be applied to determine suitability. The low-volatility nature of Foxfire Graffiti Stripper maintains a very slow evaporation rate, allowing it to remain on the surface to work and soften coatings. Depending on the nature of the coating to be removed, product will soften or wrinkle coatings, usually within 20-30 minutes. NOTE: Not all coatings, such as cross-linked epoxies and urethanes can be removed with this product. Perform test application. PRECAUTIONS: Applicator should wear eye protection and appropriate clothing and gloves. Consult MSDS sheet. Protect all non-targeted adjacent surfaces, window glass, vehicles, aluminum, paint films and plant life. APPLICATION: Shake well before using. Do not dilute or alter. Protect from freezing. Always test each type of surface, paint coating and graffiti stain for suitability and results before the overall application. Let tests dry thoroughly before inspection. Best results are obtained when applied at surface temperature between 80 and 100 F. The colder the conditions, the slower Foxfire Graffiti Stripper works. Apply liberally to the graffiti using a brush or airless spray equipment. Apply a uniform coat. Let stripper dwell on the surface for 10-20 minutes depending on the type and severity of the graffiti tag and the type of surface. Periodic agitation with a stiff bristle brush improves product penetration through the graffiti and/or coating. Remove as much of the stripper gel and graffiti residue as possible from the surface. Reapplication and cycle cleaning may be necessary. Thoroughly pressure wash the surface with water (approximately 400-600 psi, depending upon surface). For best removal results, use of hot water is recommended. Let the surface dry completely. Before applying any new anti-graffiti coating, ensure that all graffiti stripper has been rinsed away.
