This microscope features a durable cast aluminum body with enamel finish and a safety rack stop to prevent objective lens damage. An 88 x 82mm plain stage moves up and down. Locked-on clips hold a specimen in place, and one or more high-position focus control knobs provide visual adjustment. Coarse focus moves the objective lenses toward or away from the specimen. Fine focus precisely tunes the focus on all or part of the specimen. Illumination shines light up from below the stage through the specimen.
