Fryer Brush This fryer brush by Carlisle, model #10262, has very stiff bristles, measures 28" x 2", is made in the USA, and is super tough... Designed to reach the hard to hit spots inside your deep fryer vat, it has a extra long handle & super tough bristles that will last a long time...These are commercial grade brushes, designed to withstand heat up to 500 degrees. These brushes enable you to clean your fryers & other equipment without turning them off & waiting for them to cool, and/or waiting for the grease to cool.  Recommendations are to use a fryer boil out product, liquid or powder, boil w/water & cleaning product, using the brush to aid in the clean up. When finished, rinse WELL, or whatever soap residue is left over will end up breaking down your "expensive" oil. (Rinse twice to be sure to get all the soap residue out, before filling with oil again). Retail these brushes run $30.00. We're not talking about "home model" products like O'Cedar & others like them.. They work great for home project, however you need a commercial product for a commercial piece of equipment and Carlisle makes a good one. NSF approved.
