This unit is very clean, tested and ready to go. It dispenses french fries by weight into standard fry baskets. It's an excellent way to add speed to the kitchen. These are commonly used by McDonald's. This unit had a loose control panel and that was it's only mechanical issue. We dismantled the unit and reattached the control panel, using lock washers. The unit needed a good deep cleaning, which we did. Basically, this unit is ready to go. We tested the components and the unit appears to operate normally. We don't have french fries to calibrate the door weight, but that's by the end user. You will be pleased with this unit and its ease of operation.
