Hello there.  I've been waiting to finally start listing on E-bay, and when I got these I figured I might as well start.  I don't have a use for these, and they were taken out of a working environment so I know they can bring some fellow experimenter some joy.  There are : 3:  GE C155D --- 600V 110A SCR, pretty heavy duty! 2:  GE 1N3292 --- Same thing at 100A 1:  IR 37RA50 --- 500V 80A SCR All of these, looking at the data sheets, can take upwards of 1000 Amps current and over 1000 volts in a spike.  They would be awesome for Tesla coil experimenting, or something to do with a Ham Radio linear amplifier or antenna switch. There are also 2 large aluminum heatsinks which everything is attached to.  A DALE 10W 50 Ohm resistor, and a GE 1uf 200v capacitor are also attached.   This is my first sale, and even more importantly I like to see people get to have fun experimenting :-)  Looking on Ebay, it seems average price for these SCRs is around 10-25$ each.  Heatsinks are getting expensive too!  I'm asking 50 for the whole lot, but I'll entertain offers.  Like I said, having fun with electronics is the most important thing, so if you want it, we'll work something out. Shipping will be USPS Priority, unless the buyer requests something else, which I am happy to accommodate.  Thanks for looking
