This listing is for 3 custom made Avvid Thermalloy heatsinks for your Gecko G540 stepper controller. These units are made by largest company of heatsinks in the nation, and cool the unit properly in a shop environment. The Gecko can and typically will get up to 200 degrees in an enclosed environment, and that's counting for ambient temperature surrounding the unit. The picture of the stats are PER heatsink, and you have a total of 3 to cover the Gecko for ample protection. Gecko states in their heatsink experiment ( Please Google Gecko G540 Heatsink Experiment  to read the article)that the unit needs to be cooled with a fan, however a fan simply circulating hot ambient hair is inefficient at reducing the units interior controller temperature. You must create more surface area on the Gecko's structure. This same principle is utilized on a computers cpu. Cpu's require a heatsink to be used to increase the surface area of the chip to make the unit operate at a safe temperature. These heatsinks are the best made, and to top it off they don't interfere with the terminal block, and can be attached to the Gecko with either thermal epoxy or thermal tape, and the Gecko may  be removed from its enclosure with them still mounted. This will protect your investment, by the best name in the industrial cooling industry Avvid Thermalloy. These units are coated with Ceramic on their top (This is the same material used to coat the space shuttle to protect it from the heat of the atmosphere) This provides flaking, and peeling protection for up to 1500 degrees!!
