A COMPLETE COMMERCIAL GRADE TROMMEL FOR BOTH SITE EXPLORATION AS WELL AS MAJOR SMALL MINE OPERATION. Barrel is driven by Water motor (pelton) except some DC drives Available for special situations. Machine comes with heavy steel Grizzly bars on wide long Feed Hopper then flows down the hopper into Screen Seperator which has 5/16 - 3/8 openings and triangular breakers that reduce the material so the heavies are sized and flow through the screen. Your source material can be hopper dropped, shoveled or suction dredged fed. Hopper Water spray bar wets it out so it is broken for best screen separation. Large material continues down the Trommel screen broken up and then out the back into the waste Pile. All fine material is then fed down a chute into a secondary recovery sluice box to catch any material lost in surge or flotation Gold that may have escaped the Helical barrel. (Material then enters the Reverse Helical 15 inch barrel by way of one of four entry leads that propel the heavies upward while sluicing the lighter material down by a heavy flow of spray water from the more than adequate plumbing system that has multi valve controls to promote the best separation.) During the separation process the barrel is equipped with a Vibratory action that is built in to tap the heavy materials down for best separation at a rate of 5 - 10,000 beats per minute.
