For sale plans for my 5th Generation Bead Roller which is the only bead roller with a quick release memory setting pressure lever. The beading pressure is exactly the same for each setting of the dies NO OTHER BEAD ROLLER HAS THIS OPTION. This has a 30” deep throat with an open work area with both dies powered for easy beading action. What you receive is 3 compact discs of the plans (.PDF files) and construction pictures many with annotations. These are laid out in sections for different portions of the build for a clear understanding. Included are plans and pictures of the options for the Bead Roller like worktable, guide fence, motorizing and making your own dies for the bead roller. Also there is a list of suppliers for the parts needed to build the bead roller. Plans for building a broach press and cutting keyways in the shafts used on the bead roller. You will need a metal lathe and welder or access to one. I would estimate the cost to be about $300.00 for a working machine with dies and the motorized option. New an additional Variable speed DC motor drive system and foot pedal plans are included as an optional choice. This is a project you will enjoy both building and using.
