Model: HGA-02 The GeneMachines HiGro combines orbital shaking, aeration and incubation in a high-capacity growth system. These unique features make growth in standard 96- or 384-microwell plates ideal for production sequencing and other downstream applications.  The HiGro holds 4 GeneMachines Microwell-Plate Cassettes, with one in each chamber as shown here. Each cassette can hold up to 12 microwell plates.  This HiGro also comes with two extra cassettes  Dimensions: 26" L x 21"W x 22" H (small footprint allows placement on lab bench)  Capacity: 4 growth chambers, each holding 1 Microwell-Plate Cassette with 12 shallow-well or 6 deep-well plates. Total system capacity is 48 shallow-well or 24 deep-well plates.  Temperature: Maximum: 55°C.  Resolution 1°C.  Independent control for each chamber. Speed: Maximum: 550 rpm or 650 rpm.  Resolution 1 rpm. Orbit: 8.0 mm (96-well format);  4.0 mm (384-well format). Gas Flow:  Flow rate and timing controls on instrument front panel.
