Neither Dispenser has the factory packaging or wrapping. The dispenser will be boxed up in a generic shipping box and shipped out to you. Please review all of the provided pictures to gauge the condition of this unit and if you'd like more pictures then please contact us and we'll be more than happy to get as many pictures to you as you'd like. As you can see in the pictures, this soap dispenser is in very nice condition and is still brand new. The key is rusty from sitting for a period of time. Please note that there is NO MOUNTING HARDWARE OF ANY KIND - WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. WE HAVE ONLY WHAT YOU SEE IN THE ABOVE PICTURES.
