The lightweight, compact design of Globe’s Chefmate C12 manual meat slicer saves valuable counter space and makes an excellent economical option for commercial kitchens with low slicing volume, minimal space, and a limited budget. The 1/3 HP motor and oversized positive traction grooved belt drive power the 9” blade through meat and produce for 30 minutes or less per day. The 12” knife features a hard chromed, special alloy hollow ground blade that lasts longer and sharpens easier, therefore reducing the cost of ownership. When needed, the top mounted, dual action two-stone sharpener can easily sharpen the blade back to its razor sharp edge. Cleaning this commercial meat slicer is easy with a removable chute, slice deflector, knife cover, sharpener and a durable, stain resistant anodized aluminum construction with seamless edges and radius corners.
