This Globe 40 quart planetary mixer is a great, reliable, heavy duty unit that will work great in your kitchen. With awesome features like: last batch recall, and a timer that will go up to 60 minutes this mixer will be easy to use and efficient. It's also built in a way that will prevent breakdowns with the unit, which makes it more reliable. It features a 2 HP motor, with 3 fixed speeds. This unit will mix just about anything that you need to mix in your kitchen! Planetary Mixer, 40 quart, floor model, 3 fixed-speed, #12 hub, includes: removable stainless steel bowl guard with built-in ingredient chute, 40 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel whip & aluminum beater, cast iron body & bowl lift, gear driven high torque transmission, digital controls with 60 minute timer, 6 ft cord & plug, 2 HP, NSF, cETLus  SHIPPING AND CLAIMS • ALWAYS inspect all items for damage BEFORE signing delivery receipt. • If the item/s arrive with visible damage note on delivery receipt and contact carrier immediately. • All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage. • Used equipment will be shipped as described. • The buyer/consignee is responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier if the buyer accepted the item from the shipping service.
