A total of 5 non-stick rollers can hold up to 12 hot dogs at a time, making it easy to keep up with customer demand at a concession stand or small convenience store. Built-in temperature settings with a keep warm option and 750W of power allow for a complete, efficient grilling of each hot dog. In addition, two separate dials on the front panel offer dual temperature control for the unit's five rollers. The "front" dial controls the first three rollers, while the "rear" dial controls the last two. With this feature, users can prepare two different types of food at the same time, or simply grill similar items at different temperatures in order to satisfy a wide range of customer requests. This versatile unit isn't limited to just hot dogs either, as it can easily cook egg rolls, tacquitos, sausages, and more. When your cooking is finished for the day, cleanup is simple. A removable stainless steel drip tray is designed to catch excess juices and oils while in use, and can be rinsed off with water. The rollers will just need to be wiped down with a clean, soft cloth.
