The deck is in good condition with slight signs of wear, tear, and usage. The interior is super clean and has no signs of corrosion with minimal dust. The cord has extensive cracking and requires replacing. We powered up the unit and noticed that the interior tubes were glowing, and the main motor was spinning freely. We didn't test it any further as we are not familiar with how it operates. However, the internal gears and cogs are freely moving and not stuck or frozen. The headset comes with the unit, but we have not tested it. The foot pedals, on the other hand, were attached, and we could see a response from the deck pedals when depressed. The cord for the foot pedals also requires replacing. There is a note inside the recorder indicating that it was serviced in 1960.
