Easy Operation: In addition to the autofocusing, auto whate balance and auto-iris (automatic exposure) mechanisms, the RE-650 MK II Fearures a powerful 12 x power zoom mechanism. Controls for all these advanced mechanisms are clustered in the front panel for easy operation. The autofocusing and auto-iris functions can be operated manually also. Auto-Whit Balance (positive mode): White balance is automatically adjusted by the visualizer unit, lessening the workload on the operator. By splitting the screen into 64 sections, the white extraction TTL system increases the occuracy of color temperature compensation and white balance adjustment to the point where good color reproduction can be optained even with subjects having highly contrasting colors an with close-ups of monocolor objcts. Multi-purpose three-position control: The camera head and the arm can be set in any of three positions according to the type of image source. Combined with the 12 x zoom lens, the three position control allows you to project images of a large variety of sources ranging from a small 35mm slide film to an extra-large poster that does not even fit the document table. Easy Negative/positive conversion:If you have a negative film and wish to display its positive picture on the monitor, all you need to do is to press the negative/positive conversion button. Ease of Carrying: The post, arm, camera head and illumination lamps can be folded up easily for carrying the RE-650 MK II from one place to another. Video System: Using VIDEO IN/OUT terminals of the RE-650 MK II you can connect a monitor, VCR, still video player, and other video devices to construct a system to vest suit your need. Convenient zoom position memory: Video settings for zoom position are saved even when you turn off the power, making it unnecessary to restore settings manually when you want to use the machine again. Anti-flicker function: You can change the setting of the RE-650 MK II's electronic shutter speed selector, to eliminate annoying flicker from fluorescent lights or other flickering light sources.
