This is a used, guaranteed-functional oscillator, probably This is a used, guaranteed-functional oscillator, probably ovenized, made by Greenray Industries of Mechanicsburg, PA. Like many of their products, this is a custom. It is also a legacy product (not currently produced). It is their PN YH-1265B. Greenray is apparently still around. Their short-form catalog is available at http://www.greenrayindustries.com/library/gri_catalog.pdf. This particular unit has been measured and found to be functional. Output power is ~14.5 dBm at 10 MHz.
