You are considering a Grizzly 1-1/2 HP Electric Motor with Forward / Off / Reverse Rotary Switch and 120V cord.  This motor is used, but is in good working condition. Body of motor and switch have some minor scratches from use. We have test run this motor here and it runs smooth with no excess noise that would indicate bearing problems. Forward / Reverse operates as it should. This motor and switch came off a working shaper that was sold to an Amish individual.  We believe this motor was removed from was a model G1035 shaper.  This motor may fit other Grizzly equipment as well. Please use the description below to determine if this is the right motor for your application. Mfg.
