Its size measures 27" w x 37" d x 56" tall, and it weighs 880 lbs. The two fixed speeds are perfect for incorporating, blending, and mixing ingredients, while also ensuring consistent results and thorough mixing. This 60 Qt Mixer is suitable for use in a kitchen, pizza operation, or a full-service retail bake shop. This dough mixer is built to last, ensuring that it can handle any task thrown its way. The open base design makes it easy to clean, and the manual bowl lift ensures that you can safely and easily remove the bowl for cleaning or ingredient changes. With its timed mixing control, you can rest assured that your dough will be evenly mixed every time. It also has a standard # 12 hub, allowing you to add optional attachments easily.
