The press is a Halm Super Jet model JP-TWOD-6P. It was reconditioned in 2008.The present impression count is 3.6MM. During reconditioning all parts that come in contact with the paper were replaced. Also installed were new belts, chains, drive motor and AC convertor drive. Rollers were replaced at that time, but a complete brand new set of ink and water rollers were just installed in one unit. The machine was rewired and upgraded with a PLC electrical box eliminating all relays. Mechanical cams were switched over to electronic cams. Maximum printing area is 12"x18" with four side bleed and it has a minimum area of 3.25" x 4.25". The perfecting area is up to 9"x12" maximum with four side bleed. The press can run envelopes 1up, 2up or 4up with setting changes via electronic cam. The press includes 1up, 2up, 4up and 2up perfecting (max size #10 env) cams and three sets of rails. Additionally the press comes with a water recirculation system, dual feeders, plate bender, 8' delivery, vacuum pump and an alpha-numeric screen. (pictured compressor not included). We have nearly a dozen unused Trelleborg blankets which will be included (Type-100S). We can recommend an installer and trainer if you need. The buyer will be responsible for removal, crating, and shipping. Payment by wire transfer prior to removal and within 4 days of purchase.
