Sheet size: 48x67 cm (~19x26 in) Paper weight: 100 gsm (~67 lb text) ECF: Elemental Chlorine Free Acidity: pH neutral (acid free) Paper color: Bright brown Paper brand: Fedrigoni Grain: Short Signed?: Yes Environment: Smoke free Paper marbling is a method of aqueous surface design, which can produce patterns similar to marble or other stone, hence the name. The patterns are the result of color (gouache) floated on plain water, and then carefully transferred to a sheet of fine paper. Marbled paper, as a decorative material has been used to cover a variety of surfaces for several centuries. It is often employed as a writing surface for calligraphy, and especially book covers and endpapers in bookbinding, restoration and stationery. But could be used for origami, collage, framing, box covering, tag creation, ACEOs (Art Cards, Editions and Originals), greeting cards, invitations, as a wallpaper and home decor items. Part of its appeal is that every sheet is different, One Of A Kind, as only one sheet can be made each time. Worldwide, combined shipping with tracking number.
