 This is just a handy tool accessory used for prototyping and testing on a SBB (Solderless Bread Board).  The common connector is accessible on either side of the connector, while the buttons/switches are accessed through the four inner pins.  A 6-pin SIP connector can be soldered through hole or at 90-deg on the board edge as shown in the photos. Board measures 2.5 cm x 5 cm and provides a handy silkscreen window for labeling the button functionality during testing.
