Machinery Mig Tig Plasma Stick / MMAW / Arc Gas Safety Non-Destructive Testing About Perth Aircon Hire Hard Facing 55FC GASLESS MIG Wire- 1.2mm x 4.5kg spool- Welding Wire Surfacing $250.00 Hampdon Hardfacing / Hard Surfacing MIG wires. 55FC is a Self-Shielding, High carbon, chromium and Niobium alloyed wire designed for application where severe high stress and abrasion is combined with low to medium impact at temperatures not exceeding 400 C. 55FC has a Good resistance to corrosion-erosion wear and good resistance to thermal cracking. This wire excels in the fact that the deposits can be heat-treated to higher hardness. The deposits contain chromium and niobium carbides in a tough matrix and performs exceptionally well in both fine and coarse abrasion. The weld deposit can be stress relieved and are not machinable. This flux cored wire produces a small amount of slag that is easily removed. All MIG wire that Hampdon stock is premium quality and can be supplied with a certificate of conformance which is essential for manufactures data reports.
