This Is a Custom Manufactured Accessory Design specificaly for the Hardnge Toolroom Lathe. This will hold the cross slide dead nuts.You can do a simple test for Cross slide movement. with a digital readout grab the tool holder and push and pull on the cross slide. You should see a few tenths of movement. If you don't have a digital Readout use an Indicator. This will hold it. The main block is made from O-1 Ground stock. The shaft sticking out of it is 5/8 in. O-1 Drill Rod. The 1/4 in rod is also O-1 drill rod. What you see in the new photos is the O-1 eccentric position adjuster and the Aluminum Bronze locking clamp. You should try one if your not satisfied I will return your money. I'm betting you won't want to part with it. There are no alterations to the lathe. This mounts in an existing 5/16-18 tapped hole in the saddle. I include the proper screw for mounting. This is also Rev B which includes the eccentric bushing to adjust for the variations that I have discovered over the years of selling these locally. I'm offering free shipping for a while.
