This is the hardware needed to set up the Bradley 54" semi-circular wash fountain. Everything you see in the pictures is included. The items you see in the pictures are: stainless steal cover for the bottom of the pedestal (one side of the cover has a protective sticker-like plastic on it), spray head, valve bracket, tie rod, restraining bracket, tie rod pre-pack and soap dispenser fittings, valve assembly (S45-2233 includes tube to spray head, flexible hose, thermostatic mixing valve assembly, volume control valve,and solenoid valve assembly), and pre-pack drain spud-precast (S45-273). We ship via UPS Ground. Items are insured for their purchase price. If item is damaged, contact DGD Inc immediately and keep all packing materials. We do our best to package your item so if it is dropped or mishandled it will still arrive in working condition. We have very few claims due to our careful packing procedures. Refund policy: Items must be checked and tested in a reasonable amount of time after delivery. If a refund is requested, items must be shipped back IMMEDIATELY for refund. If I accept Canadian and International shipments on this item, there is an extra charge for documentation and customs paperwork. For Canadian shipments add $5.00 paperwork fee for international add $10.00 if I ship thru USPS. If shipping international other than USPS there is a $25.00 paperwork fee. This is due to customs invoices and time it takes to get a shipping quote. If there is a shipping cost shown in the auction, it is for the continental US 48 States. Hawaii, Alaska, US properties such as Puerto Rico, Canadian and international shipments will have additional shipping costs as the quote in the auction is based on shipping in continental US.
