Compact high heat hot water booster for commercial dishwashers. Raises water temperature for hot water sanitation. This compact unit features high heat on demand (flash heat) with a small 6 gallon tank, thus providing energy savings. Seller refurbished unit. Unit was descaled, cleaned, element replaced, fuses tested/replaced, and bench pressure-tested. Requires 3-phase 208V electrical connection. This is a used unit, so expect some normal wear and finish blemishes. There is a minor rust spot on the top corner of the heater cover. I recommend having an experienced plumber install and adjust this water heater. Comes complete with Installation, Parts and User manuals. This unit weighs 150 lbs and will ship freight, or can be picked up locally for free. If shipping, I will pallet this unit for free and get the shipping details arranged through Freightquote.com. and the buyer will pay the actual freight charges directly to the freight agent. Fiberglass insulation minimizes heat loss, while the stainless steel front panel and powder coated body provide long-lasting durability. Swing-away front panels with low-water cut-off, control fuses, and transformer allow quick access to probes and elements for easier servicing.
