This came out of a working wood shop. It worked when it was disconnected. I guarantee everything I sell. You have 14 days to test it out. If it doesn't work then get proof from an accredited repair facility for your refund. Included in the sale are the two panel switches in the photos. They are still connected to the Phase converter. I would prefer local pick up. I am willing to put it on a pallet and ship it most anywhere at buyers expense. Fedex freight is convenient but I am open to other shipping companies also.
