Up for bid is a heavy duty Singer 66-16 Sewing Machine in very good working condition, nice and clean with some nick on it. This machine has been completely serviced, checked and cleaned. This machine has been tested on Leather, 4 layer of heavy denim, 8 layer of vinyl, 4 layer of upholstery vinyl and more, worked great. All test was made useing 15 x 1 size #18 needle, Coats t26 upholstery thread. Coats t26 upholstery thread is equivalent to commercial #69 nylon thread. This Singer 66-16 is a heavy duty straight stitch sewing machine with a oscillating hook (semi-rotating hook) and a powerful motor. With this heavy duty sewing machine you can sew light to heavy fabric's like: Chiffon, Silk, Synthetic Jerseys, Crepe, Voile, Fine Lace, Cotton, Vinyl, Leather, Linen, Satin, Upholstery, Canvas, Duck, and much more.
