I am selling a Hero's Pride shirt holder 4 piece set! It has been removed from the box, but it is BRAND NEW and unused. I am not responsible for any damage done to my products by the USPS or due to the weather, since I live in temp fluctuating Michigan. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW LONG AN ITEM TAKES GETTING TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN ONCE I PUT THE PACKAGE IN THE MAILBOX! I go out of my way to get packages in the mail ASAP. If there is an issue with the length of arrival, look at the red stamp and it will tell the date shipped. Compare that with the date of sale. I always put int he mail the day of or after if the post office is closed, upon payment. Tracking is automatically put on Ebay. I recently had an issue with a customer that thought that because I put it in the mail, it should have been there the next day. There may be delays due to weather or holidays, so please be patient. I package everything securely for my customers, once it is in my mailbox I have no control of what happens to the product. Records are hard to package, so I wrap them in Christmas wrap and write fragile on the package. If you have any questions please ask! I am honest and my feedback shows that! I do not ship internationally. My shipping rates are fair. I use a scale to weigh everything I ship. I have the shipping price down to the tenth of an ounce. Shipping fees also include cost of packing supplies and ebay fees. I usually ship the day of or after the auction is over so there is no reason I should get less than five stars on my shipping time. I do not combine shipping on multiple items due Ebay's recent decision to start charging for shipping. Since I am selling a large amount of VHS, I will combine shipping. I DO NOT TAKE RETURNS. I have had problems in the past where I shipped something in the condition I owned it in and it was returned in worse condition then sent in. I have had other problems with a games I've bought brand new and people have played them for a week and beat them, then said something was wrong with them. As far as feedback goes I am honest and if you are a poor buyer or seller. I will give bad feedback. If you want any feedback, you have to leave feedback first to let me know that you are satisfied with the product you have purchased, then I leave a response feedback. I will give you five days to pay for your item. After five days I will open a claim. I respond to questions immediately, so there is no reason I should get less than five stars on communication either. I will have a delivery confirmation number when I ship your item. I list all of my items for 7 days. I will not end my auction for any side deal and I only take money through Paypal because that is Ebay policy. If you have anymore question please ask!
