Hewlett Packard HP 83620A Synthesized Sweeper Generator Frequency Range: 10MHz - 20GHz! These units Pass the Self Test. Pass the Last Calibration: Next Cal Due Date: 2011-Apr-16 Limited Cal: Output Level is Out of Spec < 2 GHz (In Picture) The electronic step attenuator is working on all the step. Note: The spectrum is not included. (Used as a signal reference see pictures) This unit has  BNC's connectors in the back & HP-IB (See in pictures). This unit is in good working & physical condition. Some features: Key Features & Specifications Scan modulation to simulate antenna scan patterns Accurate fixed and swept frequency offset for two-tone measurement User flatness correction for leveling at remote points in the test system General purpose source for use in component test, receiver test and for frequency conversion Sweep modes: Step, List, Ramp Maximum power (<20 GHz): +13 dBm Power sweep range: -20 dBm to maximum power Phase noise (20 GHz at 10 KHz): -70 dBc Max FM deviation (locked): +/- 8 MHz   Description The Keysight 83620A synthesized sweeper is used for applications requiring the high performance and accuracy of a synthesized source and the speed and versatility of a sweep oscillator. Synthesized broadband frequency coverage and precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Opt 008) are generated by indirect synthesis, enabling the Keysight 83620A to achieve low single-sideband phase noise performance. It also delivers excellent harmonic performance with harmonics at least 50 dB below the carrier from 2.0 to 20 GHz.   Options Option 001: Add Step Attenuator With this option, minimum settable output power is -110 dBm. Maximum leveled output power is lowered by 1.5 dB to 20 GHz, and 2 dB above 20 GHz, and 2.5 dB above 40 GHz. Option 1BP :  MIL STD 45662A AND ANSI/NCSL Z540 CALIBRATION WITH DATA (No more valid) RF Output Nominal output impedance 50 ohms. (Precision 3.5 mm male on 20 and 26.5 GHz models.
