This is a very nice comb-bound reprint of the complete manual for the Hickok/Western Electric KS-15874-L2 Cardmatic Tube Tester. It contains the complete operating instructions, circuit theory & description, maintenance/troubleshooting info, parts list, and a nice big 11x17" fold-out schematic. Complete calibration instructions are provided. As a bonus, I have added  7 pages containing the "Test Conditions" for virtually every Western Electric tube including the 300A/B. This is not punch card info. Your cards set the test conditions for each tube, but don't tell you what the specs are. You just get a good-bad reading. For example, when testing a 300B, the "Test Conditions" are: Quality Test=100Ma, Ef=5.0VAC, Eb=200, Ec=32.0, Ib is measured. First class postage is free in the USA.
