Offered with this sale is a top-of-the-line used high efficiency condensing gas hot water boiler with new installation accessories. This is a light commercial closed / hydronic model with 300,000 btu/hr input. It is 92% efficient with sealed combustion. It measures 24" wide x 47" high x 37" deep and weighs 354 pounds. The pipe connections are 2" and the vent connection is 4", all on the rear. It requires category 4 stainless steel vent pipe that can exit either an exterior wall or roof. It is mounted on a pedestal for convenient condensate line connection. It features integral weather-responsive digital temperature controls for maximum system efficiencies and a modulating burner for constant load match. This boiler can be adapted to most any hydronic heating use including radiant floor heating, radiators, fan coils, process water heating, domestic water heating, pool heating, etc. Included in this sale are brand new top quality installation components including and expansion tank, circulating pump with flanges, pipe connection couplings, isolation valves, air separator, and temperature sensors. It looks to be in excellent condition from light use, and was working perfectly upon removal. We will provide some design assistance for your application.
