You will be the first to learn about new shipments and sizes. Will you ship this product First Class mail? If First Class shipping is not an option in the listing, then we will not ship it First Class. Usually First Class is not much cheaper than Priority Mail, the service is worse and not very reliable, especially internationally. Will you mark my international shipment as a Gift or reduce it's stated value? No. We will not brake international laws. Can you take more pictures of this item so I can see it better? Yes, absolutely. I’m not sure if this will fit me, can you take some extra measurements? Yes, absolutely. There’s a discrepancy in this listing, what’s going on here? We do make mistakes sometimes. If these options are available, then you will see them near the ‘Bid Now’ button. If they aren’t listed, then these options are not available. How come the shipping changed from free to a lot of money? If the shipping price seems to suddenly change, then check your country settings: Click on your ‘Shipping and Payments’ tab in the listing. Make sure that ‘United States’ is chosen in the ‘Change Country’ drop down menu. I didn’t mean to bid, will you cancel my bid? Yes, without question. We consider this good customer service. Your prices seem lower than typical market value, why is that? We price all of our items well under retail value. Your prices seem high, why? All of our items are priced well under retail value--even the items new with tags. Be sure to check all the aspects of the listing and seller. Compare shipping rates, ratings, quality of pictures, quality of listing. We don’t promise to be the lowest price, yet we believe we have some of the lowest prices compared to our customer service, shipping rates, and quality of listings. Some of the ultra rare items that are not available anywhere else are priced accordingly. Will you complete this transaction outside of eBay? No. We sell gear that was issued to US Air Force Special Operators. We buy the gear from them after they get out of the military. The US Special Operations Command and the US Air Force have significant budgets and they often do not want all the gear back from the men once they leave the military. Therefore, everything we sell was once issued to an operator. We don't buy gear directly from the manufacturers. This means a few things, such as: We have the highest quality items We have limited quantities and sizes All of our clothing is Berry Compliant, therefore it is made of the highest standards Much of our gear is "New Without Tags" (NWOT), because after guys picked up their new stuff from supply they would take the tags off, but never get around to wearing or using it Some items have a small set of "operator initials" written on the item, which are two letters. They did this to mark the item as their own. However, many items in our inventory have "operator initials" yet were never used. This is because some men made it a habit to take the tags off items and to mark them with initials just as soon as they picked them up from supply. This store is combat veteran owned and operated by Jason and his wife, Megan. We also have one more member on our team named Alex. Jason spent ten years in the US Air Force as a Combat Controller and is familiar with most of the gear sold on this store. Customer service is our mission.
