In case you receive your equipment with some concealed shipping damage, please notify us and we will immediately send you a replacement part. Once shipped the equipment is generally non-returnable. Please contact us for returns if required for certain reasons beyond your control within maximum 14 days. If we agree, we will issue an RMA number and other instructions to return the equipment. Returned equipment is to be shipped freight prepaid by the buyer and must be re-packed in its original condition and in its original packaging.
